ActiveLyf™ is an online retail brand offering products for home, kitchen, living, organization, and everyday use. However, slight variations may occur due to screen and device settings, photography and lighting, manufacturing or packaging variations, product batches, or natural variations in certain materials.

Product images are provided for illustrative purposes where applicable. We do our best to represent products accurately and do not intentionally misrepresent their appearance, features, or quality.

4. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we may contact you and offer an appropriate solution, which may include replacing the product with an available alternative, waiting for the product to become available, or cancelling the item and providing an applicable refund.

5. Prices

All product prices displayed on our website are stated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to update prices, product information, and promotional offers at any time. However, once an order has been successfully confirmed, we will generally honor the confirmed order price unless there is an obvious pricing or technical error. Shipping charges, where applicable, will be displayed separately at checkout.

6. Promotions and Discounts

From time to time, ActiveLyf™ may offer discounts, promotional codes, bundles, or special offers. Each promotion may have its own terms, including validity period, eligible products, minimum order requirements, usage limits, customer eligibility, and other applicable conditions. Promotional offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated, and ActiveLyf™ reserves the right to withdraw or modify a promotion where reasonably necessary.

7. Placing an Order

When you place an order through our website, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including your full name, mobile number, delivery address, city, and email address where required.

After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation. An order confirmation does not necessarily guarantee dispatch if the product is unavailable, the information provided is incorrect, or the order requires additional verification.

8. Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on eligible orders and locations across Pakistan. For COD orders, the customer is required to pay the full order amount to the courier at the time of delivery unless otherwise stated. ActiveLyf™ may contact customers to confirm COD orders before dispatch. Repeated refusal of confirmed COD orders, fraudulent orders, or intentionally incorrect customer information may result in restrictions on future COD orders.

9. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver across Pakistan, subject to courier availability. Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery times are generally 2–4 business days for major cities and 3–7 business days for other cities and areas; remote or difficult-to-reach areas may require additional time.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, public holidays, courier delays, road conditions, security restrictions, incorrect delivery information, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. For complete information, please refer to our Shipping Policy.

10. Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at activelyf.shop@gmail.com. We will make reasonable efforts to process cancellation requests before the order is dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible and the applicable return/exchange procedure may apply.

11. Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are subject to our Return & Exchange Policy. Customers should review that policy before making a purchase. If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged product, please contact us promptly with your order details and supporting photographs or videos where applicable.

12. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We carefully inspect and package products before dispatch. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or different from the product you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible. We may request photographs or videos of the product, the packaging, the shipping label, and the issue or damage.

13. Delivery Refusal and Failed Deliveries

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and being available to receive their orders. If an order is returned to ActiveLyf™ because of an incorrect address, incorrect phone number, unavailable recipient, repeated failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept a confirmed order, additional shipping charges may apply if the customer requests re-dispatch. Repeated or suspicious failed COD orders may result in restrictions on future orders.

14. Intellectual Property

All content on the ActiveLyf™ website — including the ActiveLyf™ name and logo, product photographs, graphics, website design, text, product descriptions, videos, branding, and other original materials — is owned by or used by ActiveLyf™ with appropriate rights and may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, republish, sell, or commercially use our content without prior written permission.

15. User Reviews and Content

If you submit a review, photograph, comment, testimonial, or other content to ActiveLyf™, you agree that the content is truthful and based on your genuine experience, you have the right to submit it, and it does not violate another person's rights or contain unlawful, abusive, defamatory, or misleading material.

By submitting content, you grant ActiveLyf™ permission to use, reproduce, display, and publish that content for legitimate marketing and business purposes, subject to applicable law. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these requirements.

19. Fraud and Misuse

ActiveLyf™ reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action against suspected fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized activity, including fake or misleading orders, repeated fraudulent COD orders, unauthorized payment activity, misuse of promotional offers, attempts to compromise website security, or providing false customer information. Where appropriate, we may cancel suspicious orders or restrict future transactions.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our business, website, products, services, or applicable requirements.
